The article presents a relatively comprehensive analysis of the subject and has a knowledge-based view of the importance of social media data mining around global issues. Furthermore, the role of experts is considered important and efficacy by analyzing how users interact with social networks. This emphasizes that can produce knowledge from the obtained information through analysis and data mining. In addition, it is possible to make useful use of the obtained information and results in related fields. This article is at an acceptable level in terms of subject matter, structure, method of analysis and quality of content and has the conditions of acceptance.
